442 REVERSE PRINTING SHRINK SLEEVES GRAVURE INKS SUITABLE FOR PVC SHRINK SLEEVES

442 SHRINK SLEEVES INKS have been carefully formulated to offer excellent printability for full tone as well as half tone jobs on PVC to print at different machine speeds. Good adhesion, rub resistance heat resistance at the time of making and shrinking in tunnel are in built in these inks to make them to suitable for PVC Shrink sleeves. These sleeves can be use for variety of packing ingredients like cosmetics, beverages, mineral water, chemicals, oils, pharmaceuticals etc.

TECHNICAL DATA AND WORKING ADVICE

SUBSTRATE

PVC blown or cast film. 442 Shrinks sleeves inks are suitable for gravure reverser printing on PVC film and gives good adhesion, good thermal resistance, light fastness and product resistance.

INK REDUCTION

REDUCER: Toluene + Ethyl Acetate + IPA
4:4:2
RETARDER: N. P . Acetate / Dia Acetone Alcohol
ACCELARATOR: Ethyl Acetate

SHRINK FORMING

442 Shrink Sleeves Ink are suitable for PVC Labels and have very good light fast, heat resistance and product resistance in built properties (Heat Resistance upto 108°C for 1 minute dwell time)

SPECIAL FEATURES

These inks can be made suitable for surface printing on PVC with wax Adduct supplied by us.

CLEANING SOLVENT

The reducers recommended are satisfactory for press cleaning.

Note

442 Shrink Sleeves Inks have excellent heat resistance properties upto 108°C and 1 minute dwell time. Since these inks are base on high performance, light fast pigment, have excellent light fastness properties, alkali, soap, chemical, grease, fat resistance. These inks are free from heavy metal i.e. chrome, lead, mercury, arsenic, molybdate etc. and do not have any migration or bleeding tendency. For metallic color Silver and Bronze paste and separate medium is supplied. Regular medium is not suggested.
