ULTRA GLOSS POLY INKS

Surface printing Gravure / Flexo Inks for LDPE / PP / BOPP / PET / FOIL / PVC / CPP / HMHDPE / PAPER ULTRA GLOSS INKS are suitable to print on wide range of substrates. These inks are high gloss. Low odour retention, Good scratch resistant. Excellent full tone as well as half tone printing can be achieved.

SUBSTRATE

LDPE / PP / BOPP / PET / FOIL / PVC / CPP / HMHDPE / PAPER

INK REDUCTION

REDUCER : Mixture of Toluene and IPA in the ratio of 70:30 is recommended.
ACCELERATOR: IPA
RETARDER: Normal Butanol / Normal Propyl Alcohol.

CLEANING SOLVENT

REDUCER can be recommended for press cleaning.

COLOUR RANGE

A full range of colours are available. Specific shades are matched on Demand

NOTE

N. B. These inks can not be used for lamination thought it has got excellent tape adhesion to Bopp & Polyester Films.
These inks are not suitable for Deep Freeze / Oil resistance as well as for Soap And Detergent Packing.
On demand separate Deep Freeze / Oil resistance as well as Two Pack ARSR Inks can be given for specific applications.
