REVERSE PRINTING GRAVURE EXTRUSION LAMINATION INKS FOR BOPP FILM WITH PP WOVEN SACKS/LDPE FILM.

EXL INKS have been carefully formulated to offer excellent printability for full tone as well as half tone jobs on PCT, BOPP Film at different machine speed. Good adhesive, lamination properties are inbuilt in these inks to make them suitable for extrusion lamination with PP woven sacks, paper and board to satisfied the needs of a variety of packaging application.

TECHNICAL DATA AND WORKING ADVICE

SUBSTRATE

PCT (Plain Corona Treated) BOPP Films gives good adhesion on the film and recommended for reverse printing jobs.
These inks are not suitable for surface print since scratch resistant and gloss is poor.

INK REDUCTION

REDUCER : Toluene + Ethyl Acetate + M E.K. 1:1:1 Ratio. This ration can change as per machine and environmental conditions.
ACCELERATOR: To acceleration the drying, MEK or Ethyl Acetate can be use with the reducer.
RETARDER: MIBK

CLEANING SOLVENT

The reducers recommended are satisfactory for press cleaning

COLOUR RANGE

A full range of colours are available. Specific shades are matched on demand.

LAMINATION

EXL INKS are suitable for dry bond as well as extrusion lamination with PP wove sacks, paper and board etc. good lamination results are achieved. Lamination peel strength is deepened on adhesives used, adhesive coating wet, substrate laminated and to sum extend the nature of the job. In case of extrusion lamination the ratio of LDPE / PP used are to be checked before final lamination to get the best lamination result.

SPECIAL FEATURES

These inks are also suitable to print polyester films reverse printing and dry bond lamination, BOPP Adhesive Tapes. (Water based Acrylic Adhesive).
