VERSA INKS are versatile in application and suitable to print on wide range of substrates. These inks are high gloss. Low odour retention. Excellent full tone as well as half tone printing can be achieved. These inks can be printed on flexo as well as Gravure Press and Heat Resistant.
Highly recommended for Flexo printing A.D. STAR BAGS (for Cement, Chemicals etc)

1. For all Surface Printing on any above substrate extra addition of scuff additive is to be added. About 4 to 5% (Supplied Separately)
2. For Heat Seal BOPP Extra additive for adhesion is to be added about 2 to 3% for surface as well reverse printing (Additive is supplied separately)
This additive enhances the heat resistance properties also.

TECHNICAL DATA AND WORKING ADVICE

INK REDUCTION

REDUCER: Reducer for Gravure and For Flexo :
Mixture of Ethyl Acetate and Ethyl Alcohol (Moisture free) Ethyl Alcohol 80:10:10, and for Flexo mixture of Ethyl Alcohol (Absolute) + Downol PM / N.P.Acetate (80:20) is recommended.

NOTE

N. B. These inks can be used for dry bond lamination on C.T. Pet Co-Extruded heat sealable BOPP, Good heat resistance, Good Oil & grease resistance with OPV, Scratch and nail resistance after addition of additives. For Oil packaging OPV is recommended for extra gloss and rub resistance.
