FLEXO HDPE / PP / TAPE RESISTANT / NAIL RESISTANT INKS

WONDER INKS have been carefully formulated to offer excellent printability for full tone as well as half tone jobs on HDPE / PP untreated woven sack. These inks have very good tape adhesion, scratch resistance, product resistance are in built properties can be used variety of packaging material like fertilizers, food grains, pulses, chemicals, cement etc.

TECHNICAL DATA AND WORKING ADVICE

SUBSTRATE

Non Corona treated HDPE / PP woven sack. Wonder inks gives very good adhesion and scratch resistance on these above substrate without Corona treatment and recommended for surface printing. These inks have very good gloss.

INK REDUCTION

REDUCER : Our special reducer
ACCELERATOR: IPA
RETARDER: NBA / NPA

CLEANING SOLVENT

The reducers recommended are satisfactory for press cleaning

COLOUR RANGE

A full range of colours are available. Specific shades are matched on Demand

PRODUCT RESISTANCE

On demand product resistant properties can be incorporated in the ink at the time of formulation. These inks have very good gloss, scratch resistance and tape resistance without corona treatment.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Since these inks are expensive for printing of ordinary job like cement sacks and sugar, pulses etc. our cheaper version for only untreated. PP is also available on demand.
