AGRIBASE INKS

(Surface printing Gravure / Flexo for Deep freeze, Milk, oil packaging inks for LDPE, Butter paper, Foil, HXT OPP substrate)
Agribase inks are versatile in application and suitable to print on wide range of substrates. These inks can be printed on Flexo as well as Gravure press. These inks have high gloss; low odour retention; excellent full tone and half tone printing can be achieved. These inks have excellent deep freeze, oil resistance, Grease resistance, fat resistance. Excellent heat resistance and highly recommended for Dairy and Oil Packaging Film.

Accelerator

Ethyl Acetate

INK REDUCTION

REDUCER: Reducer/Gravure: Mixture of Ethyl Acetate + IPA (80 : 20)
Flexo: Downol PM + Ethyl Alcohol (Absolute) + NP Acetate (10:80:10)

Note

Since these inks are formulated on Alcohol / Ester solvent combination and therefore risk of odour due to Toluene and Phenol in conventional inks is totally eliminated.
